666p9 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and 666p9 (hereinafter "666p9", "we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://666p9.app, including all associated services, features, games, promotions, and content offered thereon.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in English regardless of any translation. These Terms are applicable to all players accessing 666p9 from Pakistan and elsewhere.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 666p9 website at https://666p9.app and all related services, applications, and tools.
• "Account" means the registered user account held by a Player on the 666p9 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's 666p9 Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on any game, event, or market available on the 666p9 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by 666p9 prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-management features available to Account holders including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open a 666p9 Account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address;
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion database applicable to the 666p9 Platform;
• Not already hold an existing 666p9 Account (whether open, suspended, or previously closed);
• Ensure that accessing and using the 666p9 Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 666p9 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single Player, whether under the same or different personal information, IP address, device, household, or payment method, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination of all Balances, and the voiding of any pending withdrawals. If you believe you have accidentally created a duplicate Account, you must contact 666p9 support immediately.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

666p9 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Account holder at any time. Verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. Required documents may include, without limitation: a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, or driving licence); proof of address; and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withholding of withdrawal requests until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 666p9 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been authorised by you.

In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your 666p9 Account, you must notify 666p9 support immediately via the contact details provided on the Platform. 666p9 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

666p9 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across the Platform. However, 666p9 cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and shall not be liable for any breach caused by factors beyond its reasonable control.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 666p9 Account may be made via the payment methods listed in the Platform cashier, which currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/MasterCard, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees). 666p9 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All deposit transactions are subject to the terms of the relevant payment service provider. 666p9 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Only funds deposited by the Account holder using a payment method registered in the Account holder's name are permissible.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification as described in Clause 2.3;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money Balance in your Account;
• All applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be met before any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to 666p9's anti-money laundering procedures;
• 666p9 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week at its sole discretion.

Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one business day following approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

666p9 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, reload offers, or other incentives to Account holders. All such promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses carry wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and/or qualifying deposit) must be staked across eligible games before any associated winnings become withdrawable. Bets placed on games with a return-to-player (RTP) rate above a threshold specified in the promotion terms may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.

666p9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. 666p9 also reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has abused promotional terms, whether through the use of multiple Accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other prohibited conduct.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the 666p9 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the game or event in question, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

666p9 reserves the right to void, suspend, or cancel any bet in the event of: a manifest error in odds or game settings; technical malfunction; suspected fraudulent activity; or any event outside 666p9's control that materially affects the integrity of the game or market. In the event of a void bet, the staked amount shall be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

For sports betting, 666p9 uses real-time data feeds to settle markets. Settlement decisions are final except where a clear technical error is identified. Complaints regarding settlement must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event conclusion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 666p9 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any part of the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or matched betting intended to exploit promotional offers;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful purpose;
• Sharing, transferring, or selling your Account to any third party;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC;
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, geographic restriction, or responsible gaming tool on the Platform.

666p9 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of the above prohibitions and to withhold any Balance, pending withdrawals, or winnings pending investigation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 666p9 Platform — including but not limited to the 666p9 brand name, logo, software, game content, text, graphics, images, and layout — is the exclusive intellectual property of 666p9 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 666p9. Unauthorised use of 666p9 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 666p9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation any loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

666p9 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 666p9 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a third-party payment provider's actions, delays, or failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 666p9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

666p9 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a specified period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of self-exclusion may be withdrawn following verification.

11. Account Closure & Termination

You may request the closure of your 666p9 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you following the completion of standard KYC verification, provided no investigation is ongoing in respect of your Account.

666p9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including in cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC; or any other conduct that 666p9 deems detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

12. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 666p9 service, you should first contact our customer support team via the live chat function or by emailing [email protected]. Please provide a clear and detailed description of the issue, including relevant Account details, dates, and any supporting evidence.

666p9 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 72 hours and to resolve them within 28 days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, 666p9 will advise you of alternative dispute resolution options available.

All bet settlement decisions are final unless a clear technical or manifest error is demonstrated. 666p9's decision in respect of all disputes shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedures set out herein.

13. Amendments to These Terms

666p9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 666p9 will endeavour to notify active Account holders via email or an in-platform notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 666p9 Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 666p9 operates. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country of residence.

Users access the 666p9 Platform entirely at their own risk and responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of each User to verify that accessing and using the 666p9 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 666p9 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Pakistani users acknowledge that they bear full personal responsibility for compliance with all applicable local and federal laws.
